PLEASE NOTE THAT:

  • ONLY the NONREFUNDABLE deposit will ensure that your date is BOOKED with Um-Sha-Tu Photography & Design cc. (Deposits may be paid in instalments strictly by 3 post dated cheques ONLY, once an instalment quotation has been requested)
  • The outstanding balance is to be paid in full upon collection. (NO cheques)
  • Travelling after the 50km radius, a rate of R3.50 p/km will be charged, toll roads excluded. (Travelling fee/toll road(s) will be added to the outstanding balance, if applicable)
  • Photographs included in the final package/album will be selected by the trained professional photographers of Um-Sha-Tu.
  • No discount will be given should the client wish to prepare the album themselves.
  • Seating inside the reception area must be provided for the photographers.
  • Weddings which require travelling of more than a 150km radius from our studio:
               - Photographers will only stay until 19:00
                                            OR
               - Accommodation for the photographers must be provided.
  • Package contents are not negotiable and can't be excluded or exchanged for discount. (Item/s included may not be replaced and/or exchanged with any other item/s)
  • While every care is taken to keep our printing and product quality updated, prices and/or products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Should you wish to make use of Um-Sha-Tu please contact us for deposit procedure and banking details. (Due to the huge demand for Um-Sha-Tu, once client requests a wedding date and/or quotation the wedding date will be pencilled into our dairy for a period of 3 days ONLY, wherein the deposit must be paid)
